Atlas Botanical Gardens
Atlas Botanical gardens is a place where people can view and learn about the five biomes of the world. The biomes in the gardens are desert, forest, tundra, grasslands, and aquatic, each of the biomes is further divided into subcategories. The goal of the gardens is to provide a fun place to explore, relax, and learn. Not everyone has the luxury to travel to every corner of the world, so instead, atlas gardens shall be their portal to the diverse biomes of the world. This is also why I made sure to include postcards in the official merchandise of atlas gardens.
For the branding, the initial aim was sacred geometry because it was the mathematics of nature, the natural symmetry, and the beauty of nature. As the project progressed it still had roots in sacred geometry but it evolved.
The name, atlas botanical gardens, the name was inspired by the Greek legend Atlas, who supported the pillars that held heaven and earth apart. Atlas botanical gardens host the 5 biomes of the world in one location, just like Atlas from the legends held the world on his back we take on the responsibility to promote and educate our guests on the wonders of nature from the four corners of the world.

Poster Series
The posters below are part of a series I call Biome Portals, it is five posters in total, and each represents a biome with a portal leading to the next biome. The gardens are all connected by a pathway leading from one area to the next. The portals are a fun way to convey that all of the biomes are right next to each other and it is to visit them all, almost like you walked through a portal.
Admissions Tickets
Each admissions ticket represents the main biomes.
Admissions Hand Stamp
The admissions hand stamp is a fun little way to indicate that they were admitted into the park without having to show their ticket again. As a child I personally thought it was one of the coolest parts of zoos and parks, I knew I wanted it to be included in the deliverables. I carved the stamp from linoleum and then mounted it on a wood block which I cut, sanded, and stained. The stamp is a high fidelity prototype, the final stamp would be purchased from a company that manufactures stamps.
Post Card Pack
The postcard pack of five is both a fun souvenir and a mini-challenge. The postcard has the descriptions of the biome on the front of the card and the answer is on the back. The back of the card also has a place to write a message and a stamp area so it can be mailed off. A cool aspect about the postcards is if you lay them all out and connect the lines, the five cards make the logo.
Brochure
The Brochure is an easy way for the visitors to learn about the garden. It includes information such as what is a biome, the different biomes in the park, and where the garden amenities are located.
